Eddie Andrew farms in a family partnership, which runs a 90-herd dairy farm, including milk delivery and ice cream business. Milk and ice cream is sold direct to consumers and retail outlets under the farm's own Our Cow Molly brand. The farm works closely with two other neighbouring dairy farms of a similar size to help maximise economies of scale and optimise costs.
