Farmers Weekly Question Time gives farmers the opportunity to speak directly with top politicians and industry leaders on issues affecting UK agriculture.

Farmers face huge challenges, such as rising input costs, volatile markets, unpredictable weather and declining support payments.

Question Time will give farmers a voice to raise these topics with the panel. The four events will be filmed in front of a live studio audience.

Each debate will be covered in Farmers Weekly and FWi, with features, podcasts, and on-demand video.

Farmers Weekly Question Time is a flagship, live event where farmers have the opportunity to speak directly with industry experts on the issues affecting UK agriculture - today, and in the future. Now in its third series, Question Time has established itself as a key event in the farming calendar. Held in some of the nation’s agricultural hotspots, past events have featured experts such as Rt Hon Mark Spencer, Victoria Vyvyan, and Robbie Moore. In 2024/2025, we will continue to tour key venues, including Harper Adams University, the Oxford Farming Conference, and Plumpton College, with panelists to be announced soon.

Supporting Question Time can give your brand visibility from a trusted, dedicated audience, the ability to participate in meaningful conversations that play a role in shaping the future, and opportunities for networking; where you can share your organisation's initiatives and vision.

Position your organisation at the forefront of the conversation.

You can submit a question whilst filling out the registration form. However, we cannot guarantee that your question will be asked as our panel selects the questions prior to the event. At the venue, you will have the opportunity to ask a question live.

If I am not able to attend can someone go in my place?

Yes, but you need to inform us at least 24 hours before.

How do you select panel members?

We aim to select a panel of influential figures within the agricultural industry who have a broad range of views, knowledge, and experience. Where possible we try and select panellists who are relevant to the area in which the event is taking place.
