Description
Conservation Farm – Norfolk at its best
Exceptionally well presented country house and conservation farm in 93 acres
The current owners have restored and re-modelled New Farm into a wonderful residential Farm. The house has been partially rebuilt and extended into a beautiful yet manageable family home. The downstairs has a practical layout, with a particularly lovely kitchen and dining room together with a well-proportioned drawing room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Of particular note is the master bedroom suite, which has wonderful views on three sides over the gardens and farm which surround New Farm.
Location information
New Farm is situated in picturesque, rolling Norfolk countryside close to the village of Beeston. Beeston is a small village with an active community and a beautiful church called St Mary’s. Conveniently situated, New Farm is close enough to the A47 for good access, but set back far enough for a quiet location. This enables easy access to Dereham, Fakenham, Norwich and Swaffham as well as the wider motorway network.
Norwich, some 24 miles away is a Cathedral City and the regional centre of East Anglia. It is renowned for its excellent shopping and cultural facilities. Norwich also has an international airport which, in addition to its range of national and international flights via Schiphol, also has an excellent private hub. The North Norfolk Coast, which is about 22 miles away, is classified as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are excellent walks, sandy beaches and bird watching facilities.
