CAPITAL improvements planned for the recently purchased Wootton Estate, Ashbourne, Staffs, could include the building of a new principal house.

Bought by an overseas trust for a figure of more than the in excess of £2m guide quoted by vending agent John German, the estate includes 1470 acres of mainly let land with an in-hand unit at the core of the estate.
