Fifty "Dolly-style" sheep provide the worlds blood clotting needs


A FLOCK of just 50 `Dolly-style sheep would be enough to supply the worlds blood clotting requirements.


The company claims to have created transgenic sheep that could make enough blood clotting protein in their milk to warrant just a flock of 50 to produce the £100m world market.


PPL produced Dolly the cloned sheep with the Roslin Institute.
