AHDB to launch three new TV adverts in new year

A series of television commercials is due to launch on 1 January from the AHDB, promoting British beef, lamb and dairy as part of a balanced diet.
AHDB’s new Let’s Eat Balanced campaign will be voiced by comedian Richard Ayoade and focuses on the nutritional benefits of foods containing vitamin B12.
The campaign will run on television, in print, online, in cinemas and in retail stores.

Individual television adverts have been made for each of the beef, lamb, and dairy sectors, with each available as a 30-second and 10-second option.
It will appear on a number of TV channels including ITV, Channel 4 and Sky, and on video-on-demand platforms.
Carrie McDermid, AHDB’s head of domestic marketing, said: “The Let’s Eat Balanced campaign signifies AHDB’s commitment to inspire consumers about the exceptional taste and quality of British beef, lamb and dairy as part of a healthy, balanced diet.”
Beef and Lamb Sector Council chairman Colin Bateman said the campaign delivered vital information to consumers about maintaining a nutritious and tasty diet, and highlighted the efforts of British farmers dedicated to welfare and sustainable food production.
