In a bid to prevent tractors slinging crud over trailed implements and into trailers, engineering firm Agriweld has come up with some neat mudguard extensions that mount off the rear linkage.

The centre section is formed from steel, with composite plastic above and flexible rubber below.

Height and width can be adjusted to suit different tractor and tyre combinations and the bottom section can be raised and lowered on a chain.

Various colours are available to match most brands of tractor and they’re priced at £670, which includes a custom laser-cut logo of the buyer’s choosing.
