Lamma 2022: Hauer loader gets nifty auto-greasing system

Greasing of front-end loaders often gets neglected, but with Hauer’s optional auto-lube setup there’s no excuse for letting the bushes run dry.
The neat system runs off a standard grease cartridge and is powered by pressure from the lifting rams.
This means that whenever the loader is raised, a small dose is applied to all of the pivots.

Handily, the clear cartridges are mounted in the driver’s eyeline so they can see when they need to be replaced.
The system costs about £4,500 and is available on the firm’s premium range of Bionic II loaders.
These have a mechanical levelling system concealed within the frame, offer lift capacities of up to 3.1t and have a maximum lift height of 4.8m on the largest model.
