A revised operator platform and equipment upgrades have been introduced for the 30hp Siromer 304 tractor to create the Pro version.

Complementing the base and Special variants, the latest model has an operator platform reckoned to be a little wider and also clearer thanks to the two gear levers being mounted to the right of the driver rather than centrally.

A higher-spec seat is included, and the Pro comes with a fitted toolbox, wheel weights, wider tyres and metallic cranberry paint.

Flat-pack option

Siromer’s long-established – and still unique – offer of supplying the tractor fully built or as a self-build flat pack as shipped from China remains unchanged.

Buyers attach all bodywork, the roll bar, hitch and accessories to the engine, transmission and axles assembly, and save themselves £750 on the built-up £9,995 list price.

Standard specifications include 800kg of Cat I rear linkage lift capacity, a 20-litre/min hydraulic pump, power steering, and an 8in dual-action clutch to engage the 8×8 shuttle or 16×4 creep transmissions.

Two-speed pto caters for powered implements, drive to the front wheels is selectable, and the rear tyres are 12.5×80-18 crossplies, carrying much of the tractor’s all-up weight of around 1,450kg.

A pick-up hitch (£1,700), hydraulic loader (£3,400), and backhoe (from £3,100) are among the options.
