Manitou launches pocket-sized telehandler range

Manitou has unveiled a range of miniature telehandlers that will be joining its ranks – the ULM and GCT.

Designed to be compact and lightweight, the new machines weigh between 2,550kg and 2,900kg, which Manitou stresses makes them easily transportable on trailers.

In terms of dimensions, they measure just 1.92m in height, and 1.49m in width, with 29cm of ground clearance.

When it comes to lift capacity, there are two options – 1.25t and 1.5t – both of which have a reach of 4.3m.

The telehandlers run a modestly-sized 35hp engine and have a maximum hydraulic flow of 48 litres/min.

Manitou is keeping the price under wraps for now, with the first deliveries not expected to take place until the third quarter of the year.
