LWC updates skidsteer sweeper-bucket

An updated sweeper-bucket for skid-steer loaders has been introduced to LWC Group’s clean-up implement range.

The range includes brushes to fit buckets from 1.22m to 2.46m wide, sweeper-collectors and plain rotary brushes.

The 1.22m-wide skid-steer unit comes as a complete assembly, comprising a 10cu m bucket with a reversible bolt-on wear edge, and a hydraulically powered brush, which has direct drive for maximum power efficiency.

The brush has all-poly bristles as standard, but can have wire sections for tough situations and a scouring effect.

The hood that encloses it has a rubber retaining strip across the front and adjustable “stops” on each side, and hangs free as the bucket is tipped to dispose of collected material.

Main upgrades to the Mk2 model include a larger-diameter brush spindle and a bigger capacity 250cc hydraulic motor, requiring up to 75-litre/min supply flow.

In addition, LWC says it now uses a more durable two-pack grey paint finish.

Complete with fittings and hydraulic hoses, the LWC skidsteer sweeper-bucket is priced at £2,930.
