LWC adds floating pallet forks to loader attachment range

Floating pallet forks that make life easier picking up potato boxes, flat pallets, portable feed bins and the like from uneven ground is the latest addition to a range of loader attachments from LWC Group.

As a standalone implement, it also offers an alternative to using built-in forks on a telehandler headstock, with the ability to exchange it for another attachment – such as a bucket – quickly from the cab.

The implement comprises a carriage rail frame and pallet forks attached to a round bar located in vertical slots in the frame.

This arrangement allows the forks to adapt to slope and surface irregularities as they are lowered to pick up an item.

Supplied with telehandler mounting brackets, the Floating Pallet Forks attachment is available in two versions – with a 50mm bar rated at 3.9t capacity and with a 57mm bar for a capacity of 4.7t.

In both cases, fork spacing is adjustable and each fork can be folded up individually and secured pointing to the rear for safer road travel.

The carriage rail frame can be supplied without the bar and forks if users already have them, but a complete assembly, including 1,200mm-long forks, is priced from £1,590.
