Bomford Turner’s expanded range of Twin Blade pasture toppers gives grassland farmers a choice of three working widths and two configurations.

Cutting height is said to be easily adjustable from 30mm to 150mm in all cases. The 1.8m in-line and 2.4m offset (pictured) toppers join the existing 2.7m in-line version in having shear-bolt driveline protection and a torque limiting clutch on the gearbox.

The offset machine has the advantage that grass is not run on by the tractor before being cut and it can be used to mow verges. Its support arm has a hydraulic cylinder to swing the machine behind the tractor for transport.
