NZ-made Duncan drills re-enter UK

NZ-made Duncan grass drills are being brought into the UK by Dales Agri Sales of Hexham.
This 2.8m wide trailed version uses wavy discs to cut a slot ahead of three rows of “Baker” boots mounted on heavy-section pig-tail tines.
Primarily the unit is designed for rejuvenating existing grass leys but I can be used to direct-drill kale, turnips, rape or even cereals, according to the company. Prices start from ÂŁ12,500.
