Manitou set to unveil hybrid telehandler/tractor at Agritechnica
Manitou will launch a hybrid telehandler/tractor concept at Agritechnica.
The French firm currently remains cagey about the details but it appears that the new Manitrac is loosely based on the company’s Manihoe loader/backhoe hybrid machine.
A rigid chassis with central telescopic boom, rear linkage and pto, the Manitrac will have four-wheel drive and steering, a centrally positioned cab and full hydraulics, says the company.
Agritechnica takes place in Hanover, Germany from 13th-17th Nov.
Flights leave from Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham.
The Agritechnica website has details of accommodation.
If you don’t have time to organise it yourself contact the Agricultural Travel Bureau – 01636 705612. A typical two night stay with flights will cost in the region of £340.
Admission to the show costs 20 euros (Students 10 euros).
