Major distribution changes for Sky drills and Hustler kit
Burel Group has decided to take UK sales and support for its Sky drills in-house after a long-standing partnership with Opico, with the Lincs-based distributor continuing to supply parts until the end of November.
Mark Whalley, Sky Agriculture team leader, said: “We plan to merge the existing Opico Sky dealers with our existing network to ensure we continue to offer top-tier support to both dealers and farmers.”

Agronomy workshops are planned for Somerset, Oxfordshire and West Yorkshire during November to highlight the capabilities of the Sky EasyDrill direct seeder.
The Sky brand has encompassed Burel Group’s Sulky, Prolog and Sky products since last summer, and covers fertiliser spreaders, tillage kit and electronic equipment.
Agri-Linc takes on Hustler
Meanwhile, Hustler, the New Zealand-based manufacturer of forage feeding machinery, has appointed Agri-Linc as its stocking distributor for the UK and Ireland; its current representative Mike Gibbs has joined the company.
Brent Currie, Hustler CEO and Ben Whyles, Agri-Linc managing director, are confident that having a larger “boots on the ground” support team in the same timezone will result in timely and consistent sales support, distribution and after sales service.
In addition to bale feeders, the Hustler product range includes tractor-mounted sprayers, shear grabs, grapple forks and yard scrapers, all available through dealers or via Agri-Linc’s website.
