Claas and Kramer have mutually agreed to end their agricultural telehandler partnership in 2018.

The manufacturing deal between the two German companies has seen the Scorpion built by Kramer and dressed in Claas colours since 2005, but that will come to an end in three years.

Until that date, the two companies will continue to sell the telehandlers independently into both agricultural and construction industries, and will provide services and spares to customers in the long term.

Swiss machinery maker Liebherr will take on the mantle of building the Scorpion for Claas from January 2018.
