New Holland reveals fixed-chamber Roll-Bar 125 baler
New Holland has replaced its BR6090 round baler with a new Roll-Bar 125, which is designed for farmers wanting a simple, no-nonsense machine.
There are two versions available – the Rotor Feeder that uses stub augers and a W-formation intake rotor to which a hydraulic reverser with free-run clutch can be added for easier unplugging of blockages, and the Rotor Cutter with up to 15 knives installed.
Both feature a pair of rollers and two chain-and-slat assemblies to form 1.25m-diameter bales.

The new models have tougher drive chains with chrome-plated and hardened links, as well as sealed bearings to stop dust and debris working inside.
Other design tweaks have improved access to service points for maintenance, shock absorbers have been fitted between the main frame and tailgate to smooth the door closing, and there is space for storing spare net rolls in the opening side panel.
The front lights have also been repositioned to accommodate the new metalwork.
