Get 20% off Grassland and Muck 2008 tickets

You can save 20% on the cost of tickets for this year’s Grassland and Muck 2008 event by buying them online in advance of the show.

Instead of £15 a head, these advance tickets cost £12. Students can buy their tickets in advance for £10 a ticket provided they have valid student ID on the day.

With 65ha (160 acres) of grass to mow, ted, rake, harvest, bale, wrap and clamp, all the main grass machinery companies attending, 200 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors expected, it promises to be an event not to be missed.

There is also a big muck area, with muckspreaders, slurry tankers and injection equipment all being demonstrated.

You can also bring your own FYM or slurry to be analysed by ADAS and there will be copious advice available on how to deal with the changes to the NVZ regulations that come into force in May.

There are also 1.5 acres of grass variety plots so you can see the latest trials and varieties, plus a full seminar programme on profitable grassland management from agronomy to feeding.

The event takes place at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, on 21 and 22 May. Opening hours are 8.30-5pm on the first day and 8.30-4pm on the second.

Grassland and Muck 2008 is organised by the Royal Agricultural Society of England, in partnership with Yara UK. Seminars are sponsored by Keenan, chemicals are supplied by Agrovista and the event is in association with Farmers Weekly.
