Farmtrac importer seeks UK dealers
Budget tractor brand Farmtrac made its UK debut at the Dairy Event and Livestock Show, brought in by Irish importer Collins Farm Machinery.
Boasting Perkins engines, ZF and Carraro transmissions/axles, plus Saur Danfoss hydraulics and steering components, the Polish-built machines offer qulity parts in an affordable package.
The 675 and 690 DT models featured at the show put out 80hp and 90hp respectively and they should soon be joined by larger100hp and 120hp siblings..
Since it started importing the budget brand in 2003, Dublin-based Collins Farm Machinery has sold over 150 units onto Irish farms and it is looking for UK dealers willing to take on the brand.
Aimed primarliy at the Livestock sector, prices prices will start at at ÂŁ26,220 for the 675 DT.
