Entries are now open for the annual Farm Sprayer Operator of the Year (Fsooty) award, with the winner set to be crowned at next year’s Cereals event.

Organised by Syngenta, the competition celebrates best practice from sprayer-driving farmers and contractors, and gives all entrants the opportunity to share their experiences, tips and advice.

Each of the finalists will receive two tickets to Cereals 2023, where they will be handed their awards in the Sprays & Sprayers arena.

The overall winner will also be given a tour of the Agritechnica show in Hanover, Germany.

Applicants can enter the 2023 competition via the Syngenta website or by visiting the firm’s stand at Lamma in January.

Entries will close on 11 January 2023.
