New Milwaukee M18 blower gets more power and less noise
Milwaukee has ramped up the power and cut the motor din of its latest M18 Fuel Blower.
It now delivers an air volume of 14.2cu m/min – up about 10% on its predecessor – at 193kph.
This should be enough to clear most light debris, including any dust and chaff that has accumulated on the combine.
Full throttle is reached in less than one second, the company says, and this output can apparently be maintained for longer than before.

Power comes from the firm’s M18 Fuel lithium-ion battery that is compatible with some 290 other tools in its range.
There are also two new attachments, including one for gutters that provides a 2.65m extension and 360deg of elbow rotation, and an “angled flare” that flattens the airflow parallel with the ground.
Prices for the bare tool start at about £160 online.
