Arlo Go 2 security camera sends footage to smartphones
Arlo’s new Go 2 security camera connects anywhere via wifi or 3G/4G phone data, giving farmers the option to monitor their farm security from their phone.
The camera streams live high-definition colour video straight to an app, allowing users to see activity as it is happening. Its wireless design means straightforward installation, and the 130deg viewing angle makes it handy for a variety of uses around the farm.
Alerts are sent when motion is detected, and users who spot a potential threat can remotely trigger the camera’s built-in alarm siren to deter intruders. Or, if they’d rather pick some more choice words, the two-way audio function can be used to scare intruders away.
An integrated spotlight can also be motion-activated or turned on manually via the app.

The option of an Arlo Secure subscription gives more security features, including smart detection, which means the camera can distinguish between people, animals and vehicles, so users are only notified about the things they care about. A subscription also includes cloud storage, making it possible to revisit any recorded footage within 60 days.
The Arlo Go 2 Camera retail price is £309.99, including a two-year Arlo Secure subscription.
