Lightweight Juwel 6 plough joins Lemken range
Lemken has added a smaller model to its Juwel range of reversible ploughs.
The new 6 variant joins the bigger, heavier and higher-output 7, 8 and 10, and will replace the EurOpal and VariOpal 5 and 6 ranges that have been kicking around for 25 years.
It comes with the option of three, four or five furrows, carried on a 110mm box-section frame that provides 800mm of ground clearance.
The simpler M version offers four different working widths for each body, which can be adjusted mechanically, while the 6 M V gets an infinitely variable, hydraulically controlled setup.

Standard equipment includes the tried-and-tested Dural bodies, though these can be upgraded to tougher, harder-wearing DuraMaxx alternatives. Auto-reset protection is also available.
All of Lemken’s mounted ploughs have a new pendulum land wheel with hole-and-pin height adjustment and hydraulic suspension.
The firm offers a conversion kit for upgrading to a Uni wheel for road transport, too.
The Juwel 6 is suitable for tractors from 70hp to 130hp and will be available in March 2023.
