Cereals 2024: Kuhn Tineliner offers full-width mechanical cereal crop weeding

Kuhn has branched out into the world of mechanical weeding with a range of products that help reduce reliance on chemical inputs.
The Tineliner is designed for teasing weeds out of arable crops, with four rows of 7mm tines spread over six rows.

These are mounted on 1.5m pivoting sections, each of which has hydraulic tine angle adjustment for altering how aggressively they work the ground.
Three models are available – 6m, 9m and 12m – with the latter priced at £31,970.
