Cereals 2024: Kit converts Guttler SuperMaxx cultivator into tine drill
A variety of bolt-on components allows Guttler’s SuperMaxx tine cultivator to be converted into a seed drill.
Seen here is a fully loaded example, with seed boots bolted to the back of the tines fed from a front-mounted hopper.

Added to that, there’s a separate applicator feeding a row of spreader plates positioned in front of the rear packer, and twin rows of following harrows.
The outfit is designed for direct seeding into stubbles or cultivated ground, with seed piped to the single or twin distribution heads from a front hopper of the customer’s choosing.
Importer Wox Agri Services says switching between drilling and cultivating is simple, as the seeding elements are designed to be easily removed.
The rear setup pictured has a retail price of £50,000, not including a front hopper.
