Cereals 2023: Maschio bulks out UK kit range
Following its split with importer Opico, Maschio Gaspardo has brought a raft of extra machines to the UK market, many of which were making their first appearance at the Cereals event.
New additions include Gigante no-till direct disc drills, Terremoto cultivators and Toro power harrows, as well as Tempo sprayers and Primo fertiliser spreaders.

In the left of our picture is the Tempo Ultra Isotronic mounted sprayer, which has the option of 1,820- or 2,180-litre tanks and 15-30m booms.
Additional features include isobus control, GPS-managed section control, variable-rate technology and an automated boom recirculation system.
Electronic boom height control is also available with up to four ultrasonic sensors.
To the right is the Primo Isotronic fertiliser spreader, which offers 12-36m spreading widths and has a maximum capacity of 4,450kg.
It also features twin shutters – one to adjust the rate and another to switch the flow on and off –which sets it apart from most other machines.
Other options on these isobus-enabled spreaders include 32-section GPS-controlled headland shut-off, variable-rate spreading and the ability to alter application rates to the left and right discs independently.
