At the auctions: Kivells to host major machinery sale
More than 1,000 lots of agricultural machinery and equipment will go under the hammer at Holsworthy Market on Saturday 5 February.
Hosted by Kivells auctioneers, the sale will comprise the dispersal of Lark Plant Agricultural Contractors, with its entire fleet of Fendt, John Deere and New Holland tractors up for grabs. Â

A second dispersal sale will also take place on the day, featuring the machinery of soon-to-retire Truro-based KEA Agricultural Contractors.
A 2017 JCB handler will be a particular highlight of the collection, along with an assortment of silage trailers, slurry tankers and arable goods.
Other highlights of the sale include a Claas Cougar 1400 self-propelled mower, which is believed to be one of only two in working condition in the UK.
A line-up of trailers from Staines Trailers will also feature, plus three slurry tankers used for carting only water.
The sale of the above will kick off at 11am, with general lots of tools and equipment going under the hammer from 9:30am.
Bidding will take place online, in person and via telephone.
