Suffolk ewe clinches Balmoral sheep title

A two crop Suffolk ewe from Norman Robinson has taken the overall sheep title here at Balmoral Show, a head of the Bluefaced Leicester champion.

The Suffolk was bred in Robbie Wilson’s Strathisla flock, Turriff and is by 30,000gns sire Glenho Gurka. She was bought privately by Mr Robinson as a gimmer and lambed twins this time.

Meanwhile, the Blueface is from Stuart Hammond and goes back to Mossvale breeding.
