Milnbank top of Carlisle Texels so far

Robbie Wilson has continued in the vein of his Suffolk trade of yesterday, taking a 13,000gns call for the best of his Milnbank shearlings. This one, lot 438, is by Millar’s Outstanding and out of a dam by Eastfield Merlin. She sold in lamb to 40,000gns sire Glenside Razzle Dazzle and went to Alistair Gault, who appears to have been buying on behalf of Procters Farm.TS H&H Christmas Texel 438.jpgAt 8500gns was another of Robbies, Lot 441, this is by Baltier Nijinsky and out of a dam by Humeston Juniper. Sandy Lee’s Fordafourie offering topped at 2000gns for a Garngour Nobleman daughter out of a dam by Cairness Kingdom. She was in lamb to Sportsmans Rooney and sold to Stephen Cobbold.
