Junior champion is overall Limousin at Carlisle
The junior champion, Windsole Elph (lot 327), a Rocky son out of Windsole Siobhain, a Cannon daughter, has just taken the junior and overall titles here at Carlisle. This one from William Lawson has a beef value of +35.
Standing reserve junior and reserve overall and achieving a best ever result for a black bull in Carlisle was Emslies Black Empire (lot 373) from Harry Emslies and Lynwen Evans. This is by 25,000gns sire Bailea Black BMW and out of Shannas Polly, a Ronick Jalopy daughter. He has a beef value of +35.
Back in the earlier junior classes the fifth class of juniors was won by the overall champion, Windsole Elph (lot 327). Second was Hadfodlas Edgar (lot 332) and third was Millstone Empire (lot 326).
The sixth class of juniors went to Derraighy Enzo (lot 336), a Soprano son out of Derraighy Beauvisage. Second to this was Bofddordd Edrun (lot 338) and third was Newhouse Equity (lot 334).
Taking the seventh class was Nebo Edgar (lot 360), an Objat son out of Nebo Briallen. Then in second was Edwards Empire (lot 355) and third was Anside Enzo (lot 359).
In the eighth junior class it was Emslies Black Empire which took the top ticket, with Cloughhead Ernie (lot 364) in second and Emslies Black Enigma (lot 370) in third.
The final class of juniors was won by Netherhall Epic (lot 378), a Sympa son out of Montgomery Vixon. Second was Redrock Eros (lot 384) and third was Pyebrook Empire (lot 388).
