Hertfordshire Show results

The interbreed beef title at the weekend’s Hertfordshire County Show went to the British Blue leader, Netherhall Clever Girl from Messrs Neachell and Sons. This excellent walking heifer is by Bringlee Volkawagon and out of Belgian dam Zwieriget VD Wildbeek.

Meanwhile the commercial championship went to Kevin Ludgate with his Limousin cross heifer Sex Kitten.

And the native breeds championship on the second day of the show went to the Ives’ Angus heifer Winslow Bunty Maid.

Interbreed honours in the sheep lines went to Cecil Thomas with his Charollais ewe, while reserve was Thomas Blunt’s Sufffolk shearling ewe. Both of these came through from the AOB section of the show.
