Problems in accessing Breathe email accounts
FWi is aware that users with Breathe accounts are still having difficulty in accessing their emails.
Breathe has said that is investigating problems with its supplier’s email platform and should have a full update shortly. In the meantime, it is suggesting that people access their email by the webmail interface (you will need to click on ‘mail’ at the top and then enter your email address and password).
Users can get further advice by reading the guidance issued by Breathe in Easter 2007.
