Photo of the Week: Ready, steady, silage!

This week’s Photo of the Week shows off these magnificent machines proudly lined up ready for grass silaging.

It was taken by Tom Simpson who works for Evans Agriculture Contractors based in Newport, Pembrokeshire. 

The farm is in Dina’s Cross, Pembrokeshire and has a beautiful view of the coastline – not a bad place to do silage work.

Tom says: “You never work a day when you love the job. It was a long four days of work to get everything done before the rain. But It’s a great team to be a part of!”
