In pictures: 600 tractors take part in London protest

With more than 600 tractors descending on London and many more farmers in noisy attendance, MPs were left in no doubt as to the strength of feeling and anger that have been stirred up by Chancellor Rachel Reeves’ Autumn Budget.
From the threat of inheritance tax to the accelerated removal in the Basic Payment Scheme in England and the apparent stasis in many of the replacement schemes, farmers are feeling the pressure like never before.

Despite all this, the day passed off peacefully and in good spirits, with farmers determined to show off the positive side to their industry.
