© Telling Photography This year’s Britain’s Fittest Farmer reached its thrilling conclusion recently, with finalists taking part in a final showdown at the Farm Fitness gym in Essex.
Our finalists told us why entering the competition had focused their fitness goals, helped them to manage their mental health and encourage others to talk about their mental health, and take time away from the farm while flying the flag for agriculture.
