Photo of the Week: World Book Day attracts Kaleb tributes

This week, we’ve been sharing your fantastic World Book Day outfits, with many taking the opportunity to dress up as their favourite farming characters.

It’s been wonderful to see youngsters doing their best Kaleb Cooper and Red Shepherdess impersonations and this shot in particular of two brothers channelling Jeremy Clarkson and Kaleb Cooper made us chuckle.

This week is the final week to send us your photos for our Our Farming People competition, which ends on 17 March 2024.

We’re looking for shots that reflect the diverse and demanding job of putting food on the nation’s plates, and how it is inextricably linked to rural life – you’ll even have a chance to appear in a calendar featuring the winning images.

The calendar will be sold through Rabi’s and Rsabi’s online shops as well as at agricultural events, with the money raised helping to continue provide financial, emotional and practical support to those in need in the rural community.

As well as appearing in the calendar, the winning images – together with a selection of highly commended entries – will feature as part of an exhibition to be held in the Houses of Parliament in spring 2024.
