Photo of the week: Heifer at sunset

This week’s Photo of the Week is of an in-calf Holstein heifer with the sun setting behind her.

The picture was snapped by part-time calf rearer, Grace, who works on the farm’s youngstock unit.

The unit is at the top of the hill and Grace decided to take the photo as the sunsets are so pretty here, and they make her think of her mum.

Grace isn’t just a dab hand with the camera and a calf rearer, she also works on the local shoot during the season and at her local country pub.
