Farmers Weekly Photography Competition now open for entries

The annual Farmers Weekly photography competition is now open for entries, giving readers the opportunity to share their best pictures for a chance to win a share of £500 in prizes and to have your snaps published.

There are eight categories to enter, spanning a range of farming and rural topics – from livestock and landscapes, to machinery and family pets – so, the competition is the perfect chance to celebrate the countryside through your lens.

You can enter as many pictures in as many categories as you like (just as long as you’re not a professional photographer).
