Lamma 2015: Conor launches its first rear-discharge muckspreader

Conor Engineering will launch its first rear-discharge manure spreader at Lamma, having previously made on side-discharge chain flail machines.

The model being shipped across from Ireland is a 10cu m version with two vertical beaters and optional hydraulic slurry door. It will also be produced in 8cu m and 12cu m sizes.

A torque clutch and wide-angle pto are standard as part of a heavy-build specification intended to withstand tough conditions, the this particular model will be equipped with 580/70 R38 traction tyres and a sprung drawbar.

Galvanised upper and lower front panels, as well as spreading regulator panels either side of the beaters, are also standard, together with shields that automatically cover the road lights when spreading commences.
