SRUC plays host to this year’s Scotgrass
The annual grassland event heads to its northerly venue this year, taking place in Dumfries on Wednesday 15 May.
As with all outdoor grassland events, there will be a plethora of working kit to keep even the most horsepower-hungry fan happy – from balers and foragers to rakes and tedders.
There is also a clamp area for shovels and loaders to flex their muscles.

Away from the big machines, farmers will also be able to browse the static stands and follow the knowledge trail to find out how to improve sward health, soil structure and benefit from controlled traffic systems.
Tickets are on sale prior to the event via the website for £7.50.
More information can be found on the Scotgrass website.
The event will be taking place at SRUC Crichton Royal Farm, Glencaple Road, Dumfries DG1 4AS.
