All abilities welcome
The event is open to farmers and those working in the wider agricultural industry over the age of 18.
All abilities are welcome – just bring your passion for keeping physically and mentally fit and a desire to break the stigma associated with mental health issues, such as depression, eating disorders and rural isolation.
Like last year’s competition, there are three categories:
- Men under 40
- Women under 40
- Mixed over 40.
We will be holding three qualifier rounds across the UK in May and June, with the finals taking place in September.
Each event promises to be a fun day out, and family and friends are encouraged to come along and show their support.
How to enter
To enter the competition, visit the Britain’s Fittest Farmer website and upload a photo or short video of yourself showing how you stay fit on the farm.
You will also find full details, including key dates and terms and conditions.
In your application, remember to tell us about how you champion mental wellbeing in your life, and leave your contact details so we can get in touch.
