The Wurzels gear up for star turn

Fans of The Wurzels will be pleased to know that the scrumpy-loving West Country band are about to release a new album.

A Load More Bullocks will feature a selection of covers – or, as they put it, “Wurzelised” songs.

The band, beloved of generations of Young Farmers and agricultural college students, will be at Glastonbury later this month – so Farmers Weekly’s Caroline Stocks has spent some time with them ahead of their appearance. Look out for her in-depth interview and video which will appear on FWi soon.
