Review your college or uni for chance to win £200
What do you think of your college or university? Send us a review in words, pictures or video for a chance to win £200 cash.
We’re going to be running a feature in the November 11 issue of Farmers Weekly profiling 10 of the best places to study agriculture and related subjects.
But we want you to get involved. There are loads of simple ways you can tell us what you think, whether it’s about the course itself, the locality, the halls, the extra-curricular activities, career services, social life or sporting scene.
You might be a current or past student, a lecturer, or you might have visited on an open day and want to share your initial impressions.
You might want to tell us what makes (or made) your student experience so special, or perhaps there’s something you’d change that could make it even better.
You can submit your review in any of the following ways:
1. IN VIDEO
Film a short video, either on your phone or on a hand-held video camera. It doesn’t have to be long (30 seconds is enough) and it certainly doesn’t have to be BBC standard – it just needs to give us a flavour of one or more aspects of what life is like there (or was like when you were a student). Then email the YouTube link to fwfarmlife@rbi.co.uk
2. IN WRITING
If you’ve got just a sentence or two to write then post it on the forum thread, but if you’d like to write in slightly more detail then email fwfarmlife@rbi.co.uk. You don’t need to write a dissertation, but 100-300 words might be nice.
3. IN PICTURES
Send a series of snaps either of the place or that capture your student experience to fwfarmlife@rbi.co.uk. Alternatively you can load some into our designated gallery (this is quick and easy to do (you’ll need to register first, but this only takes 90 seconds to do).
You can send a link to a set of pictures on Flickr or an album on Facebook.
We are welcoming submissions relating to any agricultural or land-based course in the UK.
The comment/review we like best wins £200 and we’ll be publishing a selection of your comments/pictures to publish in a future issue of Farmers Weekly.
