ICL expands presence in UK fertiliser market
Global soil nutrition and minerals company ICL has acquired GreenBest, a Somerset-based specialist fertiliser manufacturer.
ICL is a major player in global fertiliser markets, with more than 12,000 employees and 38 production sites around the world.
The firm already supplies fertiliser products into the UK market, working with a number of domestic suppliers.

The GreenBest deal, for an undisclosed sum, follows two acquisitions by ICL in 2024: Brazilian biostimulants manufacturer Nitro 1000 and US-based fertiliser business CAF.
