JUST MILK CAMAPAIGN GOES ON CUSTOMER LEAFLET BLITZ

MORE THAN 500 leaflets were handed out to customers outside a Tesco store in Lincoln last Saturday (Nov 20) as part of Farm’s Just Milk campaign.

This Saturday, the campaign group will protest outside Tesco’s flagship store in Earl’s Court, London. The wave of actions will run until Dec 4, mainly on Saturdays, and 20 actions have been planned.

Farmer Peter Lundgren led the action in Lincoln and said he was genuinely heartened by the response from consumers.

 “There is a sincere desire among customers to see Tesco respond positively to the campaign, particularly as they see that there is profit to be made in the milk chain.”
