GrowHow rebrands to CF Fertilisers

GrowHow is to rebrand as CF Fertilisers UK Ltd. Farmers will start to see the new brand at events, on orders and emails and the company website early this month, said the company.

This follows the sale of Yara’s 50% share in the fertiliser manufacturer CF Industries Holdings Inc in July 2015, giving CF Industries sole ownership.

CF Fertilisers UK would continue to invest in and manufacture at both Ince and Billingham, and also advise farmers about how to use its products in the most efficient way possible, said David Hopkins, who is returning to the UK as managing director, having previously been sales director at CF Industries headquarters in Chicago.

GrowHow owns and operates nitrogen production sites in Ince, Cheshire, and Billingham, Teesside, and employs 600 people at the two locations.
