Graham’s supply deal

Graham’s Dairies has signed a deal with Waitrose to supply milk for the retailer’s first two Scottish stores in Edinburgh.

Graham’s producers will join Waitrose’s Select Farm Milk scheme, which pays a 3p/litre premium to producers in return for compliance with stringent welfare and environmental standards.

As Waitrose expands north of the border, Graham’s will increase the number of farmers in the Select Farm Milk scheme.
