Five county farms available to let in Hampshire

Five county farms totalling more than 400 acres are available to let in Hampshire on either seven- or 10-year farm business tenancies.

Expression of interest forms must be submitted on Hampshire County Council’s website by 12pm on 18 September 2022.

Viewing days are compulsory and by invitation only.

Copse Farm

This livestock farm at Kings Worthy, near Winchester, has 96 acres, a house and buildings.

It is available on a seven-year agreement to start in late spring 2023.

At Mattingley, near Hook, a 151-acre holding is on offer with a house and buildings.

The 10-year tenancy will begin in spring 2023.
