The closing date for applications is Wednesday 10 March and the tenancy will begin in April 2021.
A yearly grazing or mowing agreement for about 19ha of agricultural land and a large steel-portal-framed shed located close by is also available.
Matthew Bell, partner at chartered surveyors Edwin Thompson, said: “This is a rare opportunity to rent a modern, well-equipped dairy farm.
“We are not aware of a similar letting in the north of England in the past 10 years and we expect there to be a large amount of interest in the property.”
